What it does
KiddoPedia offers Wikipedia article summaries made for little ears. Ranger Nobi and his student Muffin explore the world's encyclopedia in a podcast-style format.
Visit the site, log in with your Yoto account, browse the growing collection of audio article summaries for kids, and add them to a new or existing Yoto playlist. The maker says the episodes integrate with the Yoto ecosystem to give families easy access to reliable knowledge.
The maker collects a few data points available via the Yoto login process (account nickname, avatar URL and user ID) and stores them in a SQLite database on their backend server. Audio is licensed CC BY-SA 4.0, derived from Wikipedia.
